Jet Aviation Hong Kong Opens New Interior Shop

Located in Tsuen Wan in the Kowloon area of Hong Kong, the new 483.10 sq. m. (5,200 sq. ft.) interior shop is fully outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment throughout four equally divided work bays.

Hong Kong / SAR, March 27, 2012 – Jet Aviation Hong Kong recently expanded its service offerings to include interior services.
Located in Tsuen Wan in the Kowloon area of Hong Kong, the new 483.10 sq. m. (5,200 sq. ft.) interior shop is fully outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment throughout four equally divided work bays, adding comprehensive interior refurbishment capabilities to the company’s maintenance facility.
Each work bay provides broad support for upholstery, carpeting, faux finishing and eco-friendly spray-painting. The shop has also been outfitted with a clean room, a buffing area with the brightest lights available and a cyclone dust collection system, along with a rotary screw air compressor. This kind of production environment, coupled with the company’s highly skilled team of interior specialists, is designed to support the highest quality and service standards.

Jet Aviation Hong Kong is the company’s closest base to mainland China where maintenance, refurbishment and overhaul services can be performed. It also operates an aircraft management and charter operation in Hong Kong. The company currently has 18 aircraft in its Asian management fleet.
Jet Aviation Hong Kong offers line maintenance, inspections and defect rectifications, as well as AOG support, and has access to a 9,200 square meter (99,027 square feet) hangar. The company holds Hong Kong CAD maintenance repair station approval and an FAA repair station certificate #6JAY388B, and mainland China JMM approval for PRC-registered aircraft. In addition, it services aircraft registered in 11 other countries through Jet Aviation's maintenance approvals in Singapore, which include EASA #145.0461, Aruba DCA, Australian CASA, Bermuda DCA, Cayman CAA, Indonesia DGAC, Macao MAR-145, Malaysia DCA, Philippines ATO, Singapore CAAS and Thailand DOA.
