SAVANNAH, Ga., March 20, 2012 — Gulfstream Aerospace Corp. recently named Sharon Pflieger director, Organizational Effectiveness. She reports to Jennifer Giffen Vadersen, vice president, Human Resources, Gulfstream.
In her new role, Pflieger will lead employee learning and development, compliance and technical training and organizational development groups. She previously worked as an organizational development manager, where she provided support to Gulfstream’s business units in the areas of coaching, change management, facilitation and implementation of the Gulfstream Leadership Model.
Pflieger has more than 15 years of experience in organizational development and human resources strategies, including enterprise-wide change management, culture change initiatives and program development. Prior to coming to Gulfstream in 2008, Pflieger worked as an organizational development consultant, as a senior vice president at Bank of America and as a learning event manager at Deloitte and Touche.
A native of Little Rock, Ark., Pflieger earned a Bachelor of Science degree from William Woods University in Fulton, Mo.
