Under the terms of this agreement, ADI will employ the EmpowerMX-hosted FleetCycle® Execution Suite - MRO Manager (FCXM) and FleetCycle® Material Manager (FCMM) products (in an integrated mode) as its enterprise-level MRO software solution.
