Aviation & Defense, Inc. (ADI) MRO and EmpowerMX Sign SaaS Agreement

San Bernardino CA/Twin Cities MN (March 2012): The leadership teams of Aviation & Defense Inc. (ADI) and EmpowerMX announce the signing of a software-as-a-service (SaaS) licensing agreement. Under the terms of this agreement, ADI will employ the EmpowerMX-hosted FleetCycle® Execution Suite - MRO Manager (FCXM) and  FleetCycle® Material Manager (FCMM) products (in an integrated mode) as its enterprise-level MRO software solution.
