Jan. 23, 2012
Built for tough jobs, designed to reduce stress and fatigue.

(January 2012) Glendale Heights, IL– Binks new Airless 75 airless spray gun is the rugged 7500 PSI industrial spray gun built to survive the roughest working conditions using an operator-friendly stress reducing design.

Made with a forged anodized aluminum body, this latest Binks professional spray gun features a thick-walled stainless steel fluid tube and is compatible with high solids and abrasive industrial materials. The exclusive needle design was developed to keep the spring out of the fluid’s path, and the packings are adjustable for longer life. With almost any coating, from stain to zinc, the Binks Airless 75 is a high production spray gun that delivers a quality finish.

Available in two gun versions, the Binks Airless 75 with external stainless steel fluid tube with the optional heat guard allows use of heated coatings up to 175°F (79°C). On the Binks Airless 75 Direct Connect model the fluid hose attaches directly to the gun, allowing the use of high solids and high viscosity materials.

The Binks Airless 75 has a stress reducing ergonomic handle and a two finger trigger.  This combination gives the operator maximum comfort, more control, and better leverage of the spray gun. The payoff is a more productive finishing operation, less hand fatigue and lower risk of RSI.
