Atlantic Customer Service Managers Attend Training Camp

Atlantic Aviation recently hosted a 2 day Training Camp for all of its 62 Customer Service Managers. The Camp, was presented with a “Sports-like” theme and covered such topics as: Interviewing, Leadership, Motivating, Mentoring , Discipline, Human Resources, Social Media advice and Customer Service skills.  The course included motivational Videos and Live re-enactments .

“The Training Camp is just one more example of the tools Atlantic provides to its valuable employees to enable them to do their jobs to the best of their ability” stated Sue Sommers, Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

The Customer Service Managers comments included Powerful!  Energizing, Inspiring. “I am new to Atlantic and I am thrilled to see how much they invest in their employees” stated Kathy Larsen, Customer Service Manager at Atlantic Portland.
