AMTSociety Partners with FAA, General Aviation Manufacturer’s Association, and Experimental Aircraft Association

AMTSociety offers FAA-Accepted IA Renewal Seminar program to 2005 AirVenture Oshkosh air show attendees.

Fort Atkinson, WI (July 18, 2005) – AMTSociety, an organization whose members serve the aircraft maintenance industry, announced today that it has entered into a partnership aimed at providing Inspection Authorization Renewal Seminars with GAMA (General Aviation Manufacturer’s Association), EAA (Experimental Aircraft Association) and the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) during the 2005 EAA AirVenture air show in Oshkosh, WI.

The FAA-Accepted IA Renewal Program will be offered to AirVenture air show attendees on Wednesday, July 27th at the GAMA pavilion on the grounds of 2005 AirVenture Oshkosh. AirVenture attendees can attend these FAA-accepted IA seminars and have their attendance card stamped by AMTSociety monitors. The attendee’s card can then be used toward their IA renewal for the following March. Additionally, the seminars are accepted by the FAA toward AMT Awards training.
