Premier/West Star is pleased to announce that it has named Rick Brainard as general manager of the company's Grand Junction facility, effective Sept.6, 2005. Brainard will oversee the day-to-day operational activities of the full-service FBO and aircraft maintenance facility.
Brainard joined West Star Aviation originally as a part of its highly skilled avionics and modifications programs. He previously held various management positions with McKinney Aerospace, Garrett Aviation, and Allied Signal.
"Our management team has worked with Rick for several years in other technical capacities. His strong leadership skills and passion for success were apparent from the very beginning.
