Cutter Aviation Adds Seventh Location
McKinney, Texas, Feb. 7, 2006 – Beginning March 1, 2006 Cutter will add a seventh location assuming operations from WingsPoint Aviation Services at the McKinney Airport (TKI) in McKinney, Texas.
"This is a strategic move for Cutter that expands our FBO 'footprint' throughout the Southwest" said Will Cutter, Chief Executive Officer. "As of 1991, over a dozen of the world's largest companies have moved their headquarters to the area. As more companies have come to McKinney to do business, more have stayed. In fact, 86% of the companies in the Richardson, Plano and Allen corridor are closer to McKinney than they are to Dallas airports."
Founded in 1928, Cutter Aviation is one of the country's oldest general aviation service companies. Serving the business aviation industry nationally and internationally, they have facilities in Albuquerque, NM, Deer Valley and Phoenix, AZ, and El Paso, Dallas, McKinney and San Antonio, TX. Cutter provides services to transit aircraft, sells, services and maintains business and privately owned aircraft. The company also provides charter services and operates a full service travel agency. Cutter Aviation is a member of the Pinnacle Air Network, National Business Aviation Association (NBAA), and National Air Transportation Association (NATA).
