Frontier Receives Diamond Award
Frontier's commitment to training is evident, this is its 7th consecutive Diamond Award
On Feb. 3, 2006 the FAA presented Frontier Airlines with its 7th consecutive Diamond Award. Bill O’Brien, FAA National Resource Specialist, presented the award to Frontier CEO Jeff Potter at a luncheon ceremony for Frontier’s mechanics. Guests included Buffie McFadyen, Colorado House of Representatives, the Honorable Ellen Engleman Conners, NTSB member, Tom Sciacca, FAA PMI — Denver FDSO, and John Lusk, Denver FSDO Manager, and Joe Escobar, Editor, Aircraft Maintenance Technology. This milestone was accomplished through 100 percent participation in the FAA Awards Program of not only Frontier Airlines maintenance personnel, but by participation from all of Frontier’s vendors as well.
