In July 2006, API will open its newest distribution and logistics center located in Shanghai, China. Aerospace Products International (Shanghai), Ltd. will enhance the product distribution services that API has provided in China since 2000 and allow API to serve as a major third-party logistics provider in the Asia Pacific region.
API's new facility is a foreign enterprise, 100% owned by First Aviation Services, Inc., API's parent company. API's new facility in Pudong (Shanghai) is located in the WaiGaoQuao Free Trade Zone and will offer warehousing for API's product distribution and 3PL services. API's new company will offer import and export services and will be a "gateway to China" for our customers and suppliers.
