PAS Technologies Launches Materials Management Division

Kansas City, MO., – January 17, 2007 – PAS Technologies Inc. a leading supplier of maintenance, repair and overhaul services (MRO) of aviation engine components, today announced it has launched phase one of its materials management division named, Aviation Materials Management Services (AMMS). The new division will be involved in multiple arenas of the aviation industry.

Phase 1) Managing the acquisition and disassembly of engines, overhauling, and selling the components.

Phase 2) Support customers' needs in the area of contracted Materials Management. Part of the offerings are: zero stock-out conditions; AOG immediate shipping; global networking alliances; and "Tier 1" Just-In-Time services.

The new business is headed by David Auxier, director of supply chain management. This newly created materials management division will be a major endeavor that David and his organization will control by providing customers with reduced order delivery times and 100% yield guarantee, all at competitive pricing.
