Trinidad and Tobago-based Caribbean Airlines is reportedly the first Caribbean airline to use Aviation Partners Boeing Blended Winglet technology.
The airline, which replaced BWIA West Indies Airways (BWIA), launched operations in January with a rebranded product and a new image.
The first retrofit occurred at Delta Tech Ops in Atlanta, with five additional installations scheduled from January through to September 2007, Aviation Partners Boeing said.
