Shanghai Airlines Pick Goodrich for Wheels and Brakes

Shanghai Airlines Co Ltd has selected Goodrich Corporation (NYSE: GR) to supply wheels and electrically-actuated brakes for the Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft it will be adding to its fleet.

Shanghai Airlines said it has nine Dreamliners on order, with entry into service scheduled to begin in 2008.

No financial details have been disclosed.
