Jet Source Celebrates 10-year Anniversary

Carlsbad, Calif. - (April 24, 2007) - Jet Source, a full-service aviation firm, today announced that it has reached its ten-year anniversary in business. Founded in April 1997, Jet Source originally launched with two Lear 35 aircraft after purchasing an existing Air Carrier certificate, Management Air Transport Services, Inc. Over the course of ten years, the company has dramatically transformed into a nationally recognized business aviation center with 12 aircraft in operation, providing exclusive charter services, experienced maintenance and avionics service, fuel sales, special mission aircraft completions and more.

Today, Jet Source boasts 120,000 square feet of hangar space, 35,000-square-foot of office space and a Fixed Base Operation (FBO) with a luxurious executive terminal at its headquarters in Carlsbad, Calif., at McClellan-Palomar Airport. The company is currently the only facility in California having the internal capabilities to support the operational needs of corporate aircraft at one location.

Over the last four years, Jet Source has experienced 177 percent growth and continues to expand its scope of offerings to a broad client base. In 2004, 2006 and 2007, the company's FBO was ranked among the Top 40 in the America's and its Avionics Center ranked in the Nation's Top 10.

In tandem to the company's ten-year milestone, Milian has been appointed to the National Air Transportation Association (NATA) Board of Directors, a significant achievement that demonstrates his innate leadership capabilities and overall commitment to supporting the aviation service industry at large. NATA aggressively promotes safety and the success of aviation service businesses through its advocacy efforts before government, the media and the public, as well as by providing valuable programs and forums to further its members' prosperity.

To commemorate its ten-year anniversary, Jet Source will host an evening reception at its headquarters on May 15, dedicated to honoring its staff, partners, clients and associates. The celebratory social event will include live entertainment, cocktails and dinner, as well as a special presentation from Milian, who is expected to reveal several major announcements related to the company's continued growth.

On the heels of its ten-year celebration, Jet Source will open a new, state-of-the-art facility in Henderson, Nevada, which will consist of two 35,000-square-foot hangars and an executive terminal. Set to open in 2008, the new second location will offer aircraft charter, aircraft management, maintenance, avionics, and aircraft sales/acquisitions.
