Aero Maintenance Group Acquires Precision Electronics

May 7, 2007 - MIAMI – Aero Maintenance Group today announced the acquisition of Precision Electronics, Inc. based in Atlanta, GA. Precision Electronics is a leading FAA certified repair station specialized in the maintenance of electronic and electro-mechanical accessories and instruments used on Bombardier and Embraer aircraft and an authorized ATR repair center. Precision Electronics will enhance AMG's ability to provide total component repair solutions to regional aircraft operators around the world through expanded technical expertise, increased production resources and additional repair capabilities.

Founded in 1988 and with a workforce of approximately 70 employees, Precision Electronics counts Atlantic Southeast Airlines, Comair, ExpressJet Airlines and SkyWest Airlines among its principal customers. Precision Electronics is an authorized Aviall repair facility and an authorized repair center for Goodrich De-Ice Systems.
