Jet Source to Open New Facility in Nevada

Jet Source's state-of-the-art Henderson facility will specialize in aircraft charter, aircraft management, maintenance, avionics, and aircraft sales/acquisitions.

Carlsbad, Calif. — (May 16, 2007) — Jet Source, an award-winning full-service aviation firm, today revealed its plans to build a second facility in Henderson, Nevada. Scheduled to open in 2008, Jet Source's Henderson facility will consist of two 35,000 square foot hangars and an executive terminal with exclusive amenities, a special VIP room and concierge-style services for its customers.

Jet Source's state-of-the-art facility will specialize in aircraft charter, aircraft management, maintenance, avionics, and aircraft sales/acquisitions. With previous experience leveraging solar solutions to conserve energy and reduce costs, Jet Source will also incorporate 'green technology' solutions at Henderson.

One of Henderson's hangars will be dedicated to its aircraft management and charter operation, where it expects to house eight to ten business aircraft. The second hangar at the facility will support Jet Source’s Avionics and Aircraft Maintenance Operation, which will offer maintenance and support services for a variety of business aircraft operators traveling in the region.

As Las Vegas continues to grow as a top destination for private travel, Henderson will become more than just an overflow airport for the area. Located less than 15 minutes from the Las Vegas strip and eliminating aircraft holding pattern wait-time, Henderson is also positioned to be a leading alternative for travelers who wish to avoid the busy McCarran Airport. At the time of it’s opening, Henderson will be well-prepared to accommodate the tremendous charter flight activity in and out of the region.

"We've had our eye on this project for more than two and a half years and are thrilled to begin building a state-of-the-art facility that will represent the largest operation servicing the corporate aviation community throughout the Las Vegas region," said Frank Milian, COO and president of Jet Source. "Henderson signifies Jet Source's commitment to maintaining a leading-edge in the industry and enables us to continue on a steady growth path."

With the launch of Henderson, Jet Source aims to replicate the strategic growth and rapid success rate that the company has achieved to date. Over the last four years, Jet Source has experienced 177 percent growth and continues to expand its scope of offerings to a broad client base. In 2004, 2006 and 2007, the company's FBO was ranked among the Top 40 in the Americas, and its Avionics Center ranked in the Nation’s Top 10.

Today, Jet Source’s Carlsbad facility boasts 120,000 square feet of hangar space, 35,000 square foot of office space and a Fixed Base Operation (FBO) with a luxurious executive terminal at its headquarters at McClellan-Palomar Airport. The company is currently the only facility in California having the internal capabilities to support the operational needs of corporate aircraft at one location.

Over the next 12 months, Jet Source anticipates hiring more than 20 new employees to support Henderson and is planning a ground-breaking ceremony next month to commemorate the start of building the new facility.
