Paris, France June 20, 2007 – APPH, the UK leading supplier of landing gear systems, part of BBA Aviation, is pleased to announce it will be awarded an initial contract to supply the landing gear for 78 aircraft to the U.S. military with the anticipated total requirement for over 200 aircraft.

APPH has designed, manufactured and certified the main landing gear for the U.S. Joint Cargo Aircraft (JCA) contract winner C27J Tactical Transporter Aircraft. ”The C-27J will provide total sales revenue in excess of $60 million for original equipment and logistical support over the next ten years,” says David Haslam, Divisional Managing Director, APPH.
