Boeing Awards APPH Contract for B717 Landing Gear

The contract, estimated to be worth $4.5 million is slated for a five-year term. APPH plans to carry out the North American MRO requirements at its facility in Houston, with all other global requirements being supported from its UK based landing gear MRO facility.

Houston, TX September 25, 2007 – APPH Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of BBA Aviation, is pleased to announce that it has been selected by Boeing to provide the MRO services for its B717 landing gear system rotable program.

The contract, estimated to be worth $4.5 million is slated for a five-year term. APPH plans to carry out the North American MRO requirements at its facility in Houston, with all other global requirements being supported from its UK based landing gear MRO facility.
