Landmark Aviation Names New Managers

Sunda is new MRO/Avionics manager at White Plains, NY, facility and Faulkner is new GM at Winston-Salem, NC facility.

Winston-Salem, NC - Landmark Aviation has named two men to managerial positions. Eric Faulkner now serves as general manager of the White Plains, NY, office, and Dave Sunda now serves as manager of the MRO/avionics division of the Winston-Salem, NC, facility.

Faulkner joined the Skyport FBO in White Plains in 2004 as operations manager/client services manager. In December of 2005, Landmark acquired Skyport and appointed Faulkner director of operations for HPN. Prior to joining Landmark, he served as a customer service representative and line service technician with Signature Flight Support at LGA. He has also held customer service representative and operations supervisor positions at Signature HPN. He is currently pursuing a BA in Business Management at Berkeley College, in White Plains, NY.

“This is a well-deserved promotion for Eric,” said Jim Hopkins, vice president of FBO Operations for Landmark Aviation. “Eric’s experience and management capabilities are a perfect match. We are very fortunate to have him play such a key role for us at White Plains.”

Sunda is a 14-year veteran of Landmark Aviation. He has previously managed Landmark’s avionics division in Winston-Salem. Sunda is a graduate of the Teterboro School of Aeronautics and earned an A&P through Northrop University of Avionics. He previously held management positions at Eastern Metro Airlines and Duncan Aviation.
