ADDISON, Tex. - November 6, 2007 - Omniflight Helicopters Inc., a leading national provider of air medical services, announced today that it has named Anthony J. DiNota president and chief operating officer.

In his new position, DiNota will oversee the company’s operations, regional organization, maintenance and clinical services.

DiNota brings nearly 25 years of aviation-related experience to the company. Most recently, he served as chief operating officer at Atlanta-based Atlantic Southeast Airlines (ASA), a $1.3 billion regional air carrier, serving 150 domestic and international markets with 5,000 employees. There, he was responsible for airline operations, including the overseeing of the company’s pilots, flight attendants, aircraft maintenance, airport operations and the Operational Control Center (OCC).

Previously, DiNota worked with Delta Air Lines in Atlanta for 10 years, serving in a range of leadership roles; the latest being general manager, aircraft engine maintenance.

DiNota learned the aviation business from the ground up, beginning his career at The Singer Company in Stanford, Conn., as director of aircraft maintenance.

“Anthony is a seasoned veteran, having dedicated many years to the aviation industry. Our newly appointed senior management team will lead Omniflight toward future growth, and Anthony’s capabilities and expertise will assist us in this direction, helping to take the company closer to its goals. We look forward to the contributions he will make in his new role, and to the vast industry knowledge he will bring to the business,” noted Steven T. Plochocki, Omniflight chairman and CEO.

DiNota added: “Omniflight has emerged an air medical services leader during the past several years yet there is still significant opportunity for expansion and market penetration. I believe that my experience will complement the business strategies being executed and that my background can help to further cement the company’s leadership position.

“To achieve this goal, my priorities lie in helping to strengthen Omniflight’s focus in the areas of safety, quality, reliability and availability. We will strive to continually and consistently deliver on safety, a critical business component; provide the highest quality service; assure reliability by delivering a service that can meet the needs of the communities and customers we serve; and ensure that our aircraft and crews are ready and available whenever needed. Achieving excellence across all these areas will help Omniflight to increase its presence in the air medical services arena, and I am excited to aid in this process.”

DiNota, 43, resides in Peachtree City, Ga., an Atlanta suburb, with his wife and three children, and plans to relocate to Dallas by early 2008.
