Volare finalizes Precision MSA carburetor acquisition.

GREENVILLE, SC -- Volare Carburetors, LLC announces it has finalized the acquisition of Precision Airmotive's MSA line of carburetors and spare parts. Precision announced in October that it was discontinuing the MSA product line, and since that time product availability has been difficult.

The new company will be headquartered in Gibsonville, NC. All Volare MSA carburetors and components will be branded and marketed under the Tempest brand and are available for immediate shipment.

"We are very excited that the acquisition process has concluded and we may now begin supplying the industry with a much needed product. We would like to take this opportunity to thank our customers and distributors for their understanding and patience through this process" states John Herman, Tempest's Vice President of Marketing and Sales.
