This award recognizes that the company is providing the aviation industry with "superior customer support, exceptional turn-around-times and competitive repair pricing."
These awards are made to companies that are nominated by their peers - professionals drawn from across the global industry. "This is very valuable recognition of the commitment and dedication of the team at El Cajon who have achieved real business growth over the past two to three years as a result of the excellence of the service they offer," comments Steve Pearl, Vice President and General Manager, Aviation Repair, GKN Aerospace. "Across the aftermarket operation of GKN Aerospace as a whole, which covers our engines, aerostructures and transparencies businesses, the Company has set a goal to significantly grow our business to serve the increasing demand and needs of aircraft operators.
