John Wagoner has been appointed director of operations of aviation services for Wing Aviation LLC.

His daily responsibilities include directing all maintenance functions to provide airworthy aircraft, ensuring established safety and security procedures are observed, instituting production procedures and methods that improve the quality and economic efficiency of the repair station operation and acquiring additional personnel as needed.

An A&P licensed technician with more than 28 years of aircraft experience, Wagoner has served as a senior regional inspector, production superintendent, propulsion branch chief, flight safety supervisor, production supervisor, aircraft mishap investigator, aircraft and propulsion technician and as a depot level aircraft technician.
