Since being appointed president, McLane has also been named the Vistage 325 Entrepreneur of the year in 2007. CIMx has just passed its 12th anniversary mark.

Cincinnati, OH (6/2008): CIMx proudly announced this week that Kristin McLane is now the majority owner of the company. Two years ago McLane made the shift to President of CIMx and has since made great strides in stimulating incremental growth. By assuming majority ownership, CIMx is now a woman-owned business, one of only a few in the aerospace and defense market.

Her individual successes include being named one of Cincinnati’s Top Forty Under 40 in the Cincinnati Business Courier in 2006. Since being appointed the position of President, she has also been named the Vistage® 325 Entrepreneur of the year in 2007. Her leadership within the community as well as the company continues the trend of growth.

This is an exciting time for CIMx as they have just passed their 12th anniversary mark and are now an independent, woman-owned business. The new structure creates a unique opportunity to continually grow within the aerospace and defense manufacturing world. “Having Kristin as majority owner fits with the growth and evolution of our company by providing current and prospective customers with capable leadership focused on improving US manufacturing operations,” says CEO Tony Cuilwik.
