R.W. Martin Inc. Adds 25,000-Square-Foot Hangar to Modification Facility

R.W. Martin Inc., a fully owned subsidiary of IKHANA GROUP, Inc. has announced the completion of a new 20,000-square-foot hangar recently added to its aircraft modification facility at the French Valley airport (F70) in Murrieta, CA.

Murrieta, CA – R.W. Martin Inc., a fully owned subsidiary of IKHANA GROUP, Inc. has announced the completion of a new 20,000-square-foot hangar recently added to its aircraft modification facility at the French Valley airport (F70) in Murrieta, CA just north of San Diego. “Completion of this new hangar enhances our capabilities for supporting the special missions market and our DHC-6 Twin Otter customer base.” says Mr. John Zublin, president of RW Martin, Inc. “The new facility was built using green technology and is tailored for meeting the needs of the heavy structural modifications we are known for.” The hangar has 2,000 square feet of offices, a 24 and one half-foot high hangar door, and a 100-foot wide door opening suited for the midsized jet and turboprop aircraft. “With all of the various STC development projects we have in work, the new facility greatly enhances our flight test capabilities and adds much needed room for both our internal and customer projects,” noted Mr. Zublin.

R.W. Martin Inc. and Total Aircraft Services, Inc. were acquired by IKHANA Group in 2007 and are focused on the development of innovative aircraft modifications and the integration of advanced airborne technologies. The combined companies have a staff of over 60 employees including several FAA DER’s, DAR, and DMIR. Certifications include FAA certified repair station (CRS No. JRPR350F) and holder of multiple FAA Supplemental Type Certificates and Parts Manufacturing Approvals.
