Advanced Composites Training Receives FAA Acceptance on 12 lA Renewal Courses

ACT's lA refresher training courses are acceptable towards lA renewal.

LONDON, ONTARIO -- Advanced Composites Training (ACT), a division of Renaissance Aeronautics Associates lnc. of London, Ontario, announces that FAA acceptance for Inspector Authorization (lA) Renewal has been awarded for 12 of ACT's composites courses.

ACT currently provides 12 courses in the manufacture, maintenance, structural repair, nondestructive testing and repair design engineering of composite aircraft structures. These Inspection Authorization (lA) refresher training courses are approved as meeting the requirements contained in FAR 65.93(AX4) Inspection Authorization renewal and are acceptable towards lA renewal.

ACT courses continue to be internationally recognized as meeting and exceeding all standards for Advanced Composite Technician training. The addition of FM lA Renewal acceptance allows ACT to provide training services for the needs of US and FAA certified customers. ACT's mandate is to provide technicians with the right mix of theory, 'hands-on"instruction, and enabling technologies.
