FAA to Host Public ARAC Meeting on Widespread Fatigue Damage
Meeting will solicit comments and information on a technical document related to a notice of proposed rulemaking that the FAA published on April 18, 2006.
WASHINGTON, D.C. -- The FAA announces a public meeting of the FAA’s Aviation Rulemaking Advisory Committee (ARAC) to discuss transport airplane and engine (TAE) issues. The purpose of the meeting is to solicit comments and information on a technical document related to a notice of proposed rulemaking that the FAA published on April 18, 2006, on Widespread Fatigue Damage, and its accompanying initial regulatory evaluation.
The meeting is scheduled for Thursday, Dec. 11, 2008, starting at 9 a.m. (PST).
