BEIJING/MADRID -- Iberia Maintenance marks its tenth anniversary in the Chinese aviation MRO industry with celebration dinners in Guangzhou, Xiamen, and Beijing.

China's growing share of the global aviation industry has made it an important part of Iberia's strategy in expanding its third party MRO business. Over the past decade, Iberia has established a solid reputation in a very competitive marketplace and expanded its customer base amongst various Chinese carriers, including China Southern Airlines.

"We are really pleased to have come so far in the Chinese MRO industry -- the past ten years have been challenging and rewarding as we learned new ways to work with our Chinese customers," says Manuel López Aguilar. "We are looking forward to an exciting future in China with many new opportunities to collaborate on the horizon."

"With extensive operational experience in maintaining their own fleet, Iberia will continue to make fleet maintenance programs a key focus in their China plans for the future," says Peter Loh of Kassbell Ltd., Iberia's longstanding China Representative Partner.
