Reliance Aerotech Services Launches New Customer and Contractor Focused Website
Site provides an enhanced user experience for both customers and aviation job seekers.
NASHVILLE, TN -- Reliance Aerotech Services (which specializes in aviation staffing, recruitment and aircraft systems integration) has announced the launch of a new website. The site, www.relianceaerotech.com/services, reflects research into what customers and aviation job seekers want and delivers improved functionality and expanded content to meet their needs.
"The new website represents our specialist approach to aviation staffing and recruitment," says Ron Jordan, General Manager of Reliance Aerotech Services. "We know from our annual aviation industry surveys that contract maintenance personnel are a valued part of the aviation maintenance supply chain. The new Reliance site enables us to provide new initiatives such as our Resource Center that will help customers realize more value through outsourced staffing, recruiting and integration programs."
"Recent court cases involving staffing companies improperly classifying aviation workers and stiff FAA penalties for carriers who work with third party vendors who have not followed screening rules has led us put more resources behind explaining to customers what they need to do to avoid costly penalties and court cases."
In addition to an expanded range of resources for customers, the site has a new look and provides an enhanced user experience for both customers and aviation job seekers. The new monthly poll on the Employment Center provides aviation professionals an opportunity to have their say on how emerging issues are affecting aviation workers.
In the coming months, Reliance Aerotech Services will introduce new resources for aviation contract workers and expanding the customer Resource Center with compliance documents.
