CD Aviation Services Receives AMT Diamond Certificate of Excellence

One hundred percent of eligible CDAS employees participated in the 2008 AMT Awards Program and each were presented with individual awards.

NEOSHO, MO -- CD Aviation Services (CDAS), a turbine engine maintenance facility, was awarded the Aviation Maintenance Technician (AMT) Diamond Certificate of Excellence in recognition of participation and dedication to continuing aviation maintenance training. One hundred percent of eligible CDAS employees participated in the 2008 AMT Awards Program and each were presented with individual awards, including nine Phase IV Ruby Awards for Don Carr, Darren Thoreson, Ed Martinez, Bill Dorgan, Mark Ballinger, Adam Row, Tim Forker, Kenny Sanderson, and Danny Moore.

"I am glad to announce that we have accomplished the FAA AMT Company Diamond Award two years in a row," says Rick Gibbs, CDAS General Manager. "We had 100 percent participation from all of the mechanics who received the Ruby Award and we consider this an outstanding achievement in the aviation industry. CD Aviation will continue to participate in the 2009 AMT awards program."
