Pratt & Whitney Signs Engine Maintenance Deal
P&W to maintain a fleet of PW4000, JT9D, and CF6 aircraft engines for Evergreen International Airlines Inc.
Jet engine maker Pratt & Whitney has signed a four-year deal with Evergreen International Airlines Inc. to provide aircraft engine maintenance services.
Under the agreement, Pratt & Whitney, a subsidiary of United Technologies Corp., will maintain a fleet of PW4000, JT9D, and CF6 aircraft engines for the McMinnville, Ore.-based global cargo operator.
Financial terms were not disclosed. The agreement is renewable up to 20 additional years.
