Max-Viz equipped Eurocopter EC-135 aircraft will enter EMS service for the National Ministry of Health in Poland.
PORTLAND, OR -- Max-Viz Inc. announces the award by Eurocopter Deutschland GmbH of a contract for 23 EVS-1500 Infrared Night Vision Devices.
These Max-Viz equipped Eurocopter EC-135 aircraft will enter EMS service for the National Ministry of Health in Poland. This order represents the first installation of Max-Viz Enhanced Visions Systems on European operated EC-135 helicopters and demonstrates a high commitment to increased flight operations safety and operational innovation for both Eurocopter and the Polish Ministry of Health.
"We are proud and honored that our product has been selected by both Eurocopter and the Polish Ministry of Health," says Elliott Troutman, president of Max-Viz Inc. "We believe the selection of EVS by these two leaders in the Helicopter and EMS industry validates our belief in the life saving safety attributes, better value, and performance of EVS over alternative Night Vision Devices such as NVGs and TAWS in helping to reduce EMS accidents."
