ST. CLOUD, MN -- With the snip of a ribbon, National Guard helicopters will have a new home.

The new Minnesota National Guard Aviation Support Facility will have a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 2 p.m. today. Blackhawk and Chinook helicopters will be maintained and repaired at the facility, one of two such facilities in the state.
