New relationship to bring awareness toward the industry's workforce crisis.

PALM COAST, FL -- Careers in Aviation announces the formal partnership with the Florida Aviation Trades Association (FATA). This partnership will empower both organizations to build on existing and create new relationships within the aerospace industry to bring awareness toward the industry's workforce crisis. FATA is an acknowledged supporter of educational programs such as those offered by Careers in Aviation.

"Our industry must look toward the future. Even more during these global economic times, we must all focus toward the next generation of our industry's workforce," says Paula Raeburn, FATA Executive Director. "Our partnership with Careers in Aviation sends a significant message to our industry partners. We should all be asking ourselves, 'How can we make a difference?'"
