Hamilton Sundstrand to Extend C.A.R.E. Agreements with SIAEC

Agreement includes support for up to 105 Airbus A320 and 13 Boeing 777-300 aircraft.

WINDSOR LOCKS, CT -- Hamilton Sundstrand has extended its Comprehensive Asset Repair and Exchange (C.A.R.E.) programs with SIA Engineering Co. (SIAEC), a Singapore-based aircraft maintenance company, to provide repair services and asset management for engine and airframe components on Airbus A320 and Boeing 777 aircraft. The deals include support for Hamilton Sundstrand and other suppliers' equipment. Hamilton Sundstrand is a subsidiary of United Technologies Corp.

The agreement includes support for up to 105 Airbus A320 and 13 Boeing 777-300 aircraft. The agreement includes spare parts support for electric power and air management assets for the Boeing 777-300s, and support for V2500 engine accessories, electric power and emergency power equipment for the Airbus A320s.

Hamilton Sundstrand's C.A.R.E. program offers total repair and inventory support services and is fully supported by key OEM accessory suppliers. Hamilton Sundstrand has similar long-term aftermarket agreements with 28 of the world's 30 largest airlines.
