Safe Landing for Crippled Southwest Airlines Flight

For 17 minutes Monday, 127 passengers sat aboard a Southwest Airlines flight as the pilot -- maneuvering on one engine after a second one broke down -- turned the aircraft around and headed back to MacArthur Airport for a successful emergency landing with no injuries.

The first three minutes of Flight 195, headed to Fort Myers, FL, were uneventful. Suddenly, there was a loud bang. Then another one. And another.

The passengers went silent. And then, a voice came on over the intercom: Flight 195 was about to make an emergency landing.
