    Universal to Demonstrate Its 50 Years of Experience at EBACE 2009

    Company's EBACE exhibit to feature demonstrations of the Universal's complete service offerings.

    GENEVA, SWITZERLAND – Universal Weather and Aviation Inc. will showcase the value of 50 years of experience and knowledge at EBACE2009.

With the EOC, Europe-based operators have a dedicated 24/7 trip support team in their own region, with Universal’s full trip planning knowledge base. In addition to trip support, the EOC can assist with access to credit worldwide, slot management, and the UVair Fuel Program.
    • UVflightplanner.comsm – Learn how you can more easily create and file your own flight plans with Universal's RAD-compliant international online flight planning system, UVflightplanner.comsm. Stop by the exhibit for a live demonstration and see its newest feature, Weight and Balance with integrated Runway Analysis (take-off and landing performance) for non-zoned aircraft.     • Information on APIS Transmission Requirements – Universal will have knowledgeable Trip Support experts on hand to provide operators the most current information on the new Private Operator / Part 91 Advanced Passenger Information System (APIS) submission requirements, which go into effect May 18 for all trips into and out of the U.S.
    • UVair – The UVair Eastern Hemisphere Fuel Team will be available to provide detailed profiles of the fuel needs of each flight department by analyzing current trips and fuel purchases, demonstrating how the UVair Fueling Card can help save time and money. The team will also provide demos on how to use UVair's convenient online selfserve tools to receive quotes, fuel set-ups, reporting, and more.
    • UVTripPlannersm Print and CD-ROM Giveaways – Attendees are encouraged to visit Universal's exhibit for a complimentary UVTripPlannersm print directory or CD-ROM. UVTripPlannersm is a comprehensive and accurate pre-flight reference tool featuring worldwide airport data for over 25,000 airports across the globe.
    Visit Universal Aviationsm exhibit #639 exhibit to meet face-to-face with Universal Aviationsm personnel from around the globe. Representatives will have information on ground support services at any of Universal Aviation's European locations, including Athens, Dublin, London, Madrid, Milan, Paris, Shannon, and Rome, as well as the rest of its worldwide locations. In addition, Universal Aviationsm representatives will provide personalized UVair fuel and ground support consultations.
