NBAA International Spirit Award to Rich Gage
NBAA presented the prestigious International Spirit Award to Rich Gage, past president of the Canadian Business Aviation Association (CBAA), during EBACE2009.
In conjunction with last week’s European Business Aviation Conference & Exhibition (EBACE2009) in Geneva, Switzerland, NBAA presented the prestigious International Spirit Award to Rich Gage, past president of the Canadian Business Aviation Association (CBAA). The award honors exceptional service and contributions to international business aviation. During his tenure, Gage was very active in NBAA’s International Operators Committee and chaired the International Business Aviation Council’s (IBAC’s) Environmental Issues Working Group, representing business aviation at the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). In presenting the award, Steve Brown, NBAA senior vice president, operations and administration, noted Rich’s many contributions to business aviation worldwide. The International Spirit award is given periodically, and was previously presented to Don Spruston, IBAC Director General, and Peter Ingleton, IBAC Director of ICAO Liaison.
