Royal Air Maroc and Air France Industries Sign Share Holder Agreement

Joint Venture MRO platform created at Casablanca Mohammed V International Airport.

PARIS, FRANCE — Royal Air Maroc and Air France Industries signed a share holder agreement to create a Joint Venture MRO platform at Casablanca Mohammed V International Airport. The Joint Venture (JV) will be owned 50/50 by both companies and be managed jointly.

The coming JV will strengthen the positions of Air France Industries and Royal Air Maroc in the European & African market by providing a dedicated MRO service to support A320 Family airframes. The business development will be supported by the Air France Industries – KLM E&M sales force. The platform will have two bays to handle medium-haul aircraft.
