Derco Aerospace Signs Distribution Agreement with AMETEK

PARIS -- Derco Aerospace, a Sikorsky Aerospace Services company, has signed an exclusive two-year agreement with AMETEK Aerospace & Defense to distribute its complete line of C-130 and F-16 products. Sikorsky Aerospace Services is the worldwide aftermarket business of Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., a subsidiary of United Technologies Corp.

The addition of this agreement to Derco's portfolio of OEM product lines adds to Derco's spares and repairs providing capabilities for the C-130 and F-16 communities. Under the new agreement, Derco will distribute spares for AMETEK Aerospace & Defense's Measurement and Power Systems Business Unit. In addition, Derco and AMETEK will continue to jointly offer repair and overhaul services for AMETEK products.
