Sabreliner Corporation has announced changes to its corporate aviation sales and service team, which supports operators of Sabreliners and other business aircraft.
Beth Thomas has rejoined the company in the newly created position of director, corporate aviation support. She is supported by Gina Bey, a company veteran who now holds the new position of senior manager, sales support for corporate aircraft. Gary Gilberts, a long-time Sabreliner 65 pilot and maintenance director, also has been added to the team to provide corporate aircraft operators with technical and field service support.
In addition, corporate aviation sales efforts are now directed by D.J. “Jim” Meier, a seasoned Sabreliner executive who was appointed senior vice president, government and corporate aviation services. Meier directed the company’s government and subcontracting services before adding corporate aviation to his expanded responsibilities.
Thomas first joined Sabreliner in 1987 and served in various customer support positions before leaving the company last year to work in marketing management for FlightSafety International, an aviation training company. Bey, a 23-year employee, recently headed Sabreliner’s corporate aviation sales in the eastern U.S. Gilberts, a 33-year aviation veteran, has served as the aviation department manager for Fitness Management Corp. since 1983.
Sabreliner Corp. is a proven provider of a wide variety of civilian and government aviation services, as well as an acknowledged leader in aviation production support. The company has nearly 450 employees and more than 425,000 square feet of aviation maintenance, manufacturing, processing and repair facilities at three service locations in Missouri and one in Kansas. Its headquarters are in St. Louis.
