VistaJet Lear 60 Fleet to be Trended by DETA

DETA is to analyze engine performance data from a fleet of seven PW305A powered Learjet 60XR and will send engine trend reports to VistaJet's technical department.

The Austrian business jet on-demand chartering specialist VistaJet and Danish Engine Trend Analyzing (DETA) have signed an Engine Condition Trend Monitoring contract, were DETA is to analyze engine performance data from a fleet of seven PW305A powered Learjet 60XR. Engine trend data from the Learjet’s onboard data recording system is forwarded directly to DETA from the various maintenance providers and line stations VistaJet use throughout Europe. Using the Internet based P&WC WebECTM™ portal, DETA’s team of analyst’s will be monitoring the engine performance and issue engine trend reports to VistaJet's technical department.

Flight safety, dispatch reliability and operational cost are important to VistaJet’s business model. The turnkey solution from DETA will assist to this and at the same time only require little attention from the VistaJet that instead can focus on managing the maintenance of the fleet and running their company.

DETA is a P&WC Designated Analysis Center (DAC) based in Europe and one of four DAC’s worldwide. Customers from Europe, Africa the Middle East and Asia range from Airlines to private and military turbo prop and fan engine operators.

P&WC’s WebECTM™ is recognised by operator’s world wide as an effective maintenance tool for early problem detection and engine performance monitoring. By using the WebECTM™ service from DETA, troubleshooting of engine performance and indication problems can be reduced to a minimum of time. The operator is also able to plan ahead for major engines inspections and overhauls. Some engine models can also be operated on-condition, and by that lower the operational costs.
