Wichita, Kansas – Matrix Aviation, Greenwich AeroGroup (NBAA BOOTH 2253) – October 20, 2009 – Greenwich AeroGroup’s Matrix Aviation recently improved its service offering through several initiatives. Under the leadership of Ted Miller who became President of the Company in late July 2009, a new 24/7 customer service hotline has been introduced to replace the previous messaging system. The hotline connects incoming calls directly to a knowledgeable avionics parts expert armed with immediate access to the Company’s inventory system. The new service hotline also incorporates personalized after hours order processing through the use of one expert per order. One expert is responsible for establishing customer requirements, verifying stock and modification status as well as picking, packing and shipping the order related items to insure complete flow of customer needs throughout the process.

Matrix Aviation service improvement initiatives also include the upgrade of inventory to meet latest customer requirements, inventory item count adjustments to better meet customer demands and the creation of new relationships with Greenwich AeroGroup sister companies as well as other avionics component providers to increase the Company’s ability to quickly respond to customer’s needs.

The Company also revamped its pricing structure in order to further the value of its services in these challenging economical times. “In addition to improving our ability to serve customers with the highest quality products, we also chose to reduce our prices on several stock items by as much as 30%,” said Ted Miller. “We are well aware of the current economic conditions and want to contribute from that perspective as well,” he added.
