Pratt & Whitney Canada Signs FMP Agreement With Falcon Aviation Services

Pratt & Whitney Canada Customer Service Centre Europe GmbH has signed a four-year Fleet Management Program (FMP) agreement with Falcon Aviation Services LLC (FAS) of Abu Dhabi to provide comprehensive maintenance support for PT6T-3DF Twin-Pac engines installed on FAS's fleet of Bell 412 EP helicopters.

DUBAI AIR SHOW, DUBAI, UAE--(Marketwire - Nov. 18, 2009) - Pratt & Whitney Canada Customer Service Centre Europe GmbH, a joint venture between Pratt & Whitney Canada and MTU Aero Engines, has signed a four-year Fleet Management Program(TM)(FMP)(R) agreement with Falcon Aviation Services LLC (FAS) of Abu Dhabi to provide comprehensive maintenance support for PT6T-3DF Twin-Pac(R) engines installed on FAS's fleet of Bell 412 EP helicopters. Pratt & Whitney Canada (P&WC) is a United Technologies Corp. (NYSE:UTX) company.

The FMP agreement covers 10 PT6T-3DF Twin-Pac engines and one spare engine on a Term Cost Plan (TCP) providing tailored comprehensive maintenance services.
