A total of 14 seminars will take place in eight countries featuring presentations and discussions with Dassault’s most knowledgeable specialists and engineers.

(Teterboro, New Jersey, December 17, 2009) – Dassault Falcon will again host a series of Regional M&O Seminars around the globe in 2010. A total of 14 seminars will take place in eight countries featuring presentations and discussions with Dassault’s most knowledgeable specialists and engineers.

"Last year's seminars received a 98% approval rating among the 700 operators who attended. That was the main driver to bring the Maintenance and Operations seminar series to the customers for our second consecutive year,” said Jacques Chauvet, Senior Vice President of Worldwide Customer Service.

“At a time when our customers face unique business challenges, Dassault Falcon is more intent than ever on providing a seminar experience robust in format and rich in valuable content,” said Frank Youngkin, Vice President of Customer Service. "Our goal for each participant -- operator, vendor, partner and employee alike -- is to walk away from one of our seminars with a sense of accomplishment and new-found knowledge."

During the one-day sessions, Dassault Falcon offers its operators an opportunity for closer interaction with model and support specialists as well as Authorized Service Centers, vendors and partners.

The Falcon Regional M&O Seminars focus both on operational and technical issues and are designed to help aircraft operators improve the efficiency, reliability and safety of their operations. Topics range from the latest customer service and engineering support initiatives to enhancements in troubleshooting and product reliability. “This year again, we’ve worked very closely with our Operator Advisory Board (OAB) to ensure maximum value for all attendees and also took into account customer feedback from our seminar series in 2009,” added Youngkin.
