FlightSafety Promotes Jeffrey McPhie to Director, Customer Support

Jeff assumes responsibility from Debbie Jones, who was promoted to manager of the Hawker Beechcraft Learning Center located in Wichita.

LaGuardia Airport, New York (January 8, 2010) – FlightSafety International is pleased to announce that Jeffery McPhie has been promoted to Director, Customer Support.

“Jeff’s management skills, commitment to outstanding customer service and experience make him the ideal choice for this important role,” said Greg McGowan, Vice President of Operations. “We are confident that under Jeff’s leadership, our dedicated team of Customer Support Representatives will continue to provide the high quality service FlightSafety is known for.”

Jeff assumes responsibility for the company’s Customer Support Team from Debbie Jones. She was recently promoted to Manager of FlightSafety’s Hawker Beechcraft Learning Center located in Wichita, Kansas.

Each of FlightSafety’s Learning Centers is staffed with a team of professional Customer Support Representatives. They ensure that each Customer’s experience leading up to and during their training is highly effective, efficient and positive. They assist with the scheduling of courses, the preparation and distribution of documents, and help with travel and living arrangements, if needed.

McPhie joined FlightSafety in 2008 as Manager, Customer Support at the company’s Learning Center located in Teterboro, New Jersey. Prior to joining the company, Jeff owned an Audio Visual Production Company and held management positions with Design Presentation, an off-shore e-commerce company, and General Electric.

Jeff received his Bachelors Degree from Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, California and holds a CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) certification from the International Communications Industries Association.
