DAC International of Greenwich AeroGroup Announces Leadership Changes

Austin, TX, February 23rd, 2010 — DAC International of Greenwich AeroGroup announced today the retirement of COO and Co-Founder Terry Armstrong and announced that Francisco (Cisco) Hernandez has been appointed to the position of Vice President of Sales. Mr. Armstrong and Mr. Michael Crouch founded DAC International in 1981 in Austin, Texas. Mr. Armstrong served as COO through his tenure and was also responsible for corporate and general aviation sales and product development worldwide. He will continue in an advisory capacity for Corporate Aviation products.

“After more than 39 years of full time service in aviation, it’s time for me to move to a new chapter in my life," Armstrong said. "I’m looking forward to continue working as an advisor with my friends at DAC and a greater emphasis on community and leisure activities” he added.

“I want to thank Terry for his terrific contribution over the past 29 years" said Michael Crouch, President of DAC International. “His influence was monumental in establishing the strong industry alliances and complement of products we have built over the years and continue growing at DAC to serve our customers” he added. Mr. Michael Crouch will continue in his leadership role as President of DAC International.

DAC International of Greenwich AeroGroup also announced today that Francisco (Cisco) Hernandez has been appointed to the position of Vice President of Sales. Mr. Hernandez has been with DAC International for over 24 years serving in numerous domestic and international sales capacities including his most recent assignment as Director of Airlines and Military Product Sales worldwide. Prior to joining DAC, Mr. Hernandez was with Tracor Aerospace as Director of International Sales and Litton Aero Products (now part of Northrop Grumman) as a field engineer and ultimately as a Regional Sales Manager for Latin America.

“During his many years in aviation, Cisco has acquired a broad range of experience in sales and marketing,” said M. Michael Crouch, President of DAC International. “His experience and knowledge will accelerate our ability to develop an integrated sales and commercial structure to support our growing product mix” he added. Mr. Hernandez will be responsible for directing the company’s global sales activities as well as developing, planning and coordinating sales and product strategies.
