Airbus Corporate Jet Centre (ACJC), the specialist in ACJ VIP cabin completion and associated services, has chosen to use AMOS, a fully integrated Maintenance Information System (MIS) developed and distributed by Swiss AviationSoftware Ltd. (Swiss-AS), for its maintenance services.
“We have selected AMOS for our Airworthiness Engineering VIP Pass offer because this application offers us and our customers a great performance, very high standards, and an intuitive ergonomic interface coupled with a competitive cost of ownership,” says Fabio BERETTA, Head of Customer Support & Services.
“AMOS is a leader in off-the-shelf Maintenance Information Systems for the Airline industry, but such hi-end products are not easily accessible to ACJ operators and owners since they require an IT infrastructure and specific operating knowledge”, he adds.
ACJC offers its customers an airworthiness and maintenance engineering service that bundles together the Airbus Corporate Jet Centre’s technical expertise with the Airbus ACJ Family, and now the availability of a top quality Maintenance Information System.
ACJC takes care of the IT infrastructure, installation and configuration of AMOS in its facility. This solution gives its customers ease of use and a guarantee that their airworthiness data is in good hands.
The new MIS installation is in the final phase and “VIP Pass” Airworthiness Engineering Service will be available from spring 2010.
VIP Pass is the innovative package of customized services recently launched by ACJC, providing a truly innovative solution in the business jet market. Specifically developed for executive and private operators of Airbus Corporate Jet aircraft, VIP Pass includes cabin upgrades and refurbishment, airframe maintenance, cabin and airframe spares, as well as full engine support.
VIP Pass is available for all Airbus corporate jets, including the ACJ Family, A330 and A340, confirming the ACJC team’s commitment to supporting every Airbus client’s aircraft throughout its life and to maintaining its airframe and engines at the highest standard of quality and certification.
Dedicated to providing quality cabin-outfitting and associated services for Airbus ACJ Family aircraft, the Airbus Corporate Jet Centre is backed by the full resources of its shareholder, Airbus, the world's largest manufacturer of modern airliners.
Based in Toulouse, France, ACJC has already contracted with prestigious customers in Asia, Europe and Middle East. It attributes its success to a strong technical background, plus 200 highly skilled employees who have now completed more than 15 VIP cabins for Airbus aircraft.
