Avianor Group Appoints Donald Kamenz Vice President, Sales and Customer Service

Mirabel, Quebec, CANADA March 23 2010 – Avianor Group, a leading provider of aerospace design, manufacturing and maintenance, is pleased to announce the appointment of Donald R. Kamenz as Vice President, Sales and Customer Service.

“Donald is a welcomed addition to our team and brings considerable depth and vision to the company,” said Sylvain Savard, CEO, Avianor Group. “A professional engineer with more than 25 years of experience in commercial aerospace operations and marketing, he will play a key role in helping us achieve our corporate vision of establishing Avianor as a leader in the aerospace services and transportation industries marketplace.

Donald’s new responsibilities include developing and implementing group wide sales, marketing and customer services strategies that support the company’s objectives and growth plan.

Mr Kamenz previously served as Vice President of REMOS Aircraft where he was responsible for developing and implementing a sales and customer service strategy. He also served as Vice President of ExelTech Aerospace and has demonstrated experience in MRO management, sales and marketing.

Prior to ExelTech Aerospace, Mr Kamenz was Vice President, Sales for Saab Aircraft Leasing based in Sterling, Virginia. He has also held marketing and engineering positions at Dornier Aviation, Boeing Canada’s de Havilland Division, and CAE Electronics in Montreal.

A native of Montreal, Canada, Mr Kamenz holds a masters degree in International Business and a Bachelor of Engineering degree. He is fluent in English, German and French.
