Chromalloy Signs Exclusive Agreement with AeroTurbine for Sales of Gas Turbine Engine Parts Inventory

MRO AMERICAS 2010, PHOENIX, Ariz., April 20, 2010 – Chromalloy announced today that it has entered into an agreement with AeroTurbine Inc. for the sales and marketing of surplus gas turbine engine parts and materials inventory.

The 10-year agreement includes approximately $50 million in turbine engine inventory.

“This agreement expands Chromalloy’s marketing and distribution channels of our blades and turbine engine components to aircraft operators throughout the world,” said Armand F. Lauzon, Jr., President.

AeroTurbine manages parts inventory for a wide range of gas turbine engines and airframes. The company offers engines and parts sales, leases and exchanges. It has operations and sales offices in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
